Description

MALVILLE ESTATE is located in the department of Indre, a beautiful region of France full of wonders of the national heritage, as « Les châteaux de la Loire » or th zoo of Beauval. This is the absolutely perfect destination for the family. As you can see from the photos or video, this area is absolutely astonishing and will meet the expectations of everyone (outside swimming pool, indoor pool, tennis court, playground for kids, etc …) and also offers a dining option. There is a supermarket within 5 km (3 miles) and a fishing shop within 40 km (25 miles).

THE LAKE: This is a very charming small lake of 2 hectares (5 acres) within 200m (600 ft) from the accommodation which we only offer to exclusivity. It was created in 1987 and is fed by natural springs. The bedlake is mainly composed of silt and the depth can reach 2m for an overall average of 1.5 m. A pontoon was built for the comfort of the fisherman. All swims are supplied with electricity and are accessible by car.

STOCK: The lake was drained in 2011 and the number of carp is estimated at about 80 whose average is around 22 lbs (10kg). The lake included only fish between 18 and 38 lbs. It has been little fished before and reserved nice surprises to the last fishermen.
