Description

LA NOUE DU BOIS is located 55 miles away from Paris (less than an hour drive) near Montereau. It is a beautiful place located in the countryside where only your enjoyment of fishing matters. The estate is clean and secure. There is a supermarket within 950 yards and a fishing shop within 4 miles. If you want to visit the area, the Sens and Monterau Cathedrals are nearby as well as the medieval city of Provins.

THE LAKE: Dug for sandpits more than 40 years ago, this lake of 18 acres (7 Ha) has a maximum depth of 6 meters and an average depth between 3.50 to 4.50m (No need to say that all the carp will be too far away). The bottom is mainly composed of pebbles, sand and mud and the water quality is particularly good. There are 13 swims (about 0.5 hectares per swim) all accessible by car.

STOCK: We have a very high density of carp (run water). There are between 600 and 700 specimens and the average catch is 33 lbs. The lake hosts mirror carp (up to 57 lbs), common carp (45 lbs), Koi carp, grass carp and catfish (rare)

FACILITIES: On the ground, you will find a shed with 2 toilets, hot showers (2€), a fridge and electrical outlets.
